If you are Wayne State student, please consider joining the Formula SAE team.

No experience is necessary, you just need to be willing to learn. You don't have to be an engineering student, you can join if you are just interested in cars, or want to help with the business side of the team.

Learn as much as you want about your area of study. Learn the practical applications of what you learn in class. Even get ahead by learning about subjects you haven't yet taken classes in. You can also get help with your classes from other team members!

Formula SAE looks great on your resume! When prospective employers see that you are on the Formula SAE team, they know that you have practical experience working as a part of a team and meeting deadlines. This will put you ahead of other candidates.
