A full CAD of RoadWarrior 8

Road Warrior 8 is the 8th iteration of cars built by the Warrior Racing team. It attended two competitions in the 2013-2014 season, Formula North and Formula West. To produce power, it uses a Honda CBR600rr 2012 engine. It is high compression, high revving, four cylinder engine producing approximately 90 horsepower. The frame is a welded tube frame constructed from 4130 chrome-moly steel. It is designed to reduce weight from previous versions while maintaining high torsional rigidity. Along with the frame a pushrod suspension is used improve the handling of the car. The focus for Road Warrior 8 was to also fit a range of drivers ranging from the 95th percentile males and 5th percentile females. It makes use of adjustable belts and pedal assembly. The steering wheel and shifter can be replaced easily based on driver preference.
